Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging for authenticity reasons
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item if the returned item is still in the original condition it was sent out in.
- If a product is purchased at a discounted rate, the refund amount will be limited to the price paid at the time of purchase. Customers will not be entitled to a refund of the full original price if the product’s price later changes or returns to its original amount. Refunds will only reflect the actual amount paid at the time of the transaction
- Items that are returned must be sent by the customer who purchased the “Goods” with a note providing personal information like Name, Address and contact information and the order number and the reasoning for the return, for example damage or unsatisfaction with the product. Pictures sent of the “damage” of the product on delivery to you would be helpful so we can assess and errors and take the correct steps to process your refund and issue
- Returning any item you are unsatisfied or have an issue with must be sent at your own cost and sent back by your choice of courier we do not accept the request of coming to collect the product you would like to return and be refunded for
- Any item being sent back to Us that gets lost by your courier returning the item will not be credited
- E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards will not be replaced.
