    Welcome to Cotswold Golf Company, we are an online Golf retailing company who sell Golf Equipment, clothing and accessories these will be referenced as “Goods”.
    • By using our website (https://cotswoldgolfcompany.co.uk/) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
  2. Eligibility
    • Eligibility to Purchase By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.
  3. Products and Pricing
    • All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only.
    • Prices are subject to change without notice.
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.
  4. Orders, Payment and gift cards
    • We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard’s
    • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
    • E-Gift Cards can only be used for purchases on our official website.
    • They cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value.
  5. Purchasing & Delivery
    • E-Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient provided at checkout.
    • It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct recipient email.
    • Expiration & Fees of our E-Gift Cards do not expire and have no service fees.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any E-Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  6. Shipping and Delivery
    • Estimated delivery times are managed by “Working Days” we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days these delivery times will be shown at checkout and will give you an estimate on when you shall receive your “Goods”
    • Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers we aim to update you of any issues and inconveniences created by third-party couriers and will reach out with more information and updated delivery times
  7. Returns and Refunds
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused and in original packaging for authenticity reasons
    • Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item if the returned item is still in the original condition it was sent out in.
    • If a product is purchased at a discounted rate, the refund amount will be limited to the price paid at the time of purchase. Customers will not be entitled to a refund of the full original price if the product’s price later changes or returns to its original amount. Refunds will only reflect the actual amount paid at the time of the transaction
    • Items that are returned must be sent by the customer who purchased the “Goods” with a note providing personal information like Name, Address and contact information and the order number and the reasoning for the return, for example damage or unsatisfaction with the product. Pictures sent of the “damage” of the product on delivery to you would be helpful so we can assess and errors and take the correct steps to process your refund and issue
    • Returning any item you are unsatisfied or have an issue with must be sent at your own cost and sent back by your choice of courier we do not accept the request of coming to collect the product you would like to return and be refunded for
    • Any item being sent back to Us that gets lost by your courier returning the item will not be credited
    • E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards will not be replaced.
  8. Warranties and Liability
    • Products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  9. User Accounts and Security
    • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
    • We also have the right to terminate an inactive account of 36 months (3 years)
